Primary Care Associates accepts most major health plans from insurance carriers, including Medicare Advantage plans. We update our providers frequently, so call us if you are not sure. Our goal is to make quality health care accessible to everyone, so it’s no wonder we will bill you like any other doctor’s office. But, we also offer affordable options for people with high deductible insurance, no health insurance at all, or can help you choose a plan that is right for your needs.
For those without Health Insurance coverage Primary Care Associates offer Direct Primary Care program. Inquire at the office for details.
For Those With Health Insurance
We bill your insurance provider each visit and you cover the co-payment or deductible. The amount that you owe depends on the specific health insurance plan you have. If you have any questions, please call the number of your insurance card to learn more about your coverage. For co-payments or if you prefer to pay out of pocket, we accept cash, checks, debit and credit cards.
For those with HMO plans, it is extremely important that you call your health plan before your first visit and select one of our providers as your PCP. This will reduce any insurance hassles for you later on and allow us to make any referrals and order tests and prescriptions on your behalf.
