Who’s eligible?
PMD telemedicine and Wellness is available to all of our existing beneficiaries. (There is a minimum age of 18 for this service.)

Will I get the same level of service from my doctor using telehealth?
The level of service you will receive from your doctor is similar to an in-person office visit, without driving to the doctor’s office, parking and waiting in the waiting room.

Is the equipment required to operate telehealth expensive?
Most patients today have a smartphone or computer with built in webcam and microphone, which is all you need. You may need to download some free software which is as simple as a click of a link. With that installed you are ready to go.
